The sun made a brief appearance piercing the thick grey clouds ever so briefly, but it didn't help in adding any color to the frame. I have taken pics @ Marine Drive on 2 outings (the previous one was almost 3 years back) , but on both occasions I came back with disappointing images. I have been too lazy to move around to find more interesting vantage point. I tend to stick to a narrow stretch opposite the Air-India building & after canning few shots, I prefer just idling on the promenade soaking the salty breeze rather than working hard on getting that "hatke" image. Next time, I ought to do more justice to this captivating landscape. As with other aspects of my life, instead of getting better my photography skills are getting worse by each passing day!!

Hey there Apy.. Long time ?? Naah just 3 weeks.. was in India for a 2 week hastily chalked up vacation.Then cooled my heels further for one more week in Sg'pore & now I am all set to resume thr grind, albeit on better salary & at a new client place!! Finally after 5 n half long years, I will be working at a new place from 12th June. Thanx for Ur comment & concern.

Aye Weebee, wat bottles are U talking about ? Those are rocks.. patthar.. triagular boulders, which I guess serve to break the tides.. or mebbe to slow down the erosion of the shore line. Okay me not done any scientific research on those rocks.. but thats I presume they are there for !!

saw ur comment on my blog but was in and out so took that long. The dSLR is the rebel XT from canon. I think its also called the EOS 350D . I also got a lens that chet recommended. Its the tamron 18-200.
