Yes, indeed it is (floating). The speed boats literally fly off the surface when they are at full throttle. Thankfully everybody is given a life-jacket, so in a way, its quite safe to cruise in these lean mean speed machines.
The water is seen to be believed ! And I am told that this isn't even the best of the lot ! 10 hrs (drive) further down from Kota Kinabalu, there is an island called Sipadan which is amongst the top-5 (or maybe 10) diving sites in the WORLD. But even Pulau Sapi, is not that bad is it ?
